There is mention of Faith Worth being available to stage a MacMillan work but the size of the company and the timings do not allow for MacMillan's works to be performed by the company

The material in this file includes negotiations between Kenneth MacMillan and Partner and the Paris Opera Ballet for the production of Manon by the Company. There is correspondence with the Bureau de Musique Mario Bois concerning copyright in the choreography and in the score prepared by Leighton Lucas. There is also correspondence concerning the law suit taken out by Mme.Besson Massenet, a descendent of the composer Jules Massenet, and the National Video Corporation, and between Kenneth MacMillan and Partner agreeing to the ballet being performed as L'Histoire de Manon in France, 1990-1992

Photocopies of nine agreements and contracts between Kenneth MacMillan and the Royal Opera House for his services as choreographer and Director of The Royal Ballet, with accompanying correspondence and interdepartmental communications. Correspondence includes a letter from John Tooley to MacMillan explaining the Royal Opera House's intention to introduce a contract for choreographers and enclosing a copy for MacMillan's comments, 23 Dec 1959. Later correspondence references conversations with Deborah MacMillan and proposed changes to contracts and rights. There is a covering typed form that lists the agreements by dates and some of the ballets referred to

This file contains correspondence and copies of agreements between Kenneth MacMillan and the Royal Opera House. There are letters and telexes from Michael Oliver, International Creative Management Inc, from John Tooley and Anthony Russell Roberts at the Royal Opera House, handwritten notes by Deborah MacMillan and notes and a draft letter from Kenneth MacMillan referencing his self-employed status and the implications for his pension. The material dates from 197[5] to 1992.

In 1992 Kenneth MacMillan was in discussion with Jane P. Hermann about staging [Romeo and Juliet at the Arena di Verona]. The discussions continued with Deborah MacMillan, following Kenneth MacMillan's death in November 1992. There are three typed faxes from Jane P. Hermann, one handwritten reply from Kenneth MacMillan and three handwritten replies from Deborah MacMillan, 21 Oct 1992 - 5 Jan 1993 and n.d.

The majority of material in this file consists of correspondence relating to Kenneth MacMillan granting the rights to The Australian Ballet to perform his ballet Manon, with many faxes between Kenneth and Deborah MacMillan, Simon Williams at Williams and Niblett Intellectual Property solicitors in Sydney, Australia, The Australian Ballet and Rubinstein Callingham, Polden and Gale, solicitors in London, UK. There are two letters from Maina Gielgud, Artistic Director of The Australian Ballet, initiating the discussion. Some of the faxes are annotated in hand by Kenneth and Deborah MacMillan and many of their replies consist of handwritten faxes. There is also a small amount of correspondence relating to the retirement of Noel Pelly as Administrator at The Australian Ballet, with handwritten tributes from Kenneth and Deborah MacMillan
