1. From Marcia Haydee and the Stuttgart Ballet to The Royal Ballet. Stuttgart Ballet will revive two of his works next year as a memorial for the twentieth anniversary of the death of John Cranko, to remember both of them. Undated
2. Message from Carol McPhee to say that English National Ballet will be dedicating their performances that night to Kenneth MacMillan, and sending love and sympathy. 31 Oct 1992

Letter from Isao Hirowatari, Japan Performing Arts Foundation, The Tokyo Ballet, to report that before the performance by American Ballet Theatre on 2 Nov 1992, Kevin McKenzie made a short speech dedicating the performance in memory of Kenneth MacMillan. They placed his photograph and arrangements of flowers both back stage and front of house. 6 Nov 1992
