The letter enclosed some literature on the Manx Modern Dance Festival (not found) together with an Isle of Man official guide which contains an illustration which he's sure Richardson will find pleasing (not found). An application form for reservation of accommodation is enclosed.

Richardson's copy of a souvenir menu from a dinner to celebrate the new ballet by Bronislava Nijinska - Les Cent Baisers, which premiered on July 18. The dinner was held on July 23rd at Restaurant Boulestin with a menu inspired by the ballet.

The dinner was held at the Savoy Hotel, London, on Sunday March 20th, 1955, and given by a number of Richardson's friends and associates in the dancing profession. The menu and toasts are listed inside.

The Gautier Club was a small private dining club whose members met twice a year to enjoy good food and good talk about a variety of subjects including ballet. The members were: Mary Clarke, Arthur Franks, Ivor Guest, Arnold Haskell, James Monahan, Philip Richardson, Cyril Swinson, G.B.L. Wilson and Michael Wood. A special guest would be invited to join each dinner and included famous names such as Dame Ninette de Valois, Sir Frederick Ashton, Dame Marie Rambert and Sir David Webster.
