Letter from Isao Hirowatari, Japan Performing Arts Foundation, The Tokyo Ballet, to report that before the performance by American Ballet Theatre on 2 Nov 1992, Kevin McKenzie made a short speech dedicating the performance in memory of Kenneth MacMillan.
