Panufnik felt unable to do this and this file contains correspondence between Kenneth MacMillan and Andrzej Panufnik, and between Camilla Panufnik and Deborah MacMillan which discusses this. At this time, the ballet was provisionally titled Off to Paradise. The material comprises
