The letter enclosed some literature on the Manx Modern Dance Festival (not found) together with an Isle of Man official guide which contains an illustration which he's sure Richardson will find pleasing (not found). An application form for reservation of accommodation is enclosed.
The letter is asking Richardson if he would contribute a feature for this year's Star Ball programme looking back at the years 1950-57. The resulting article can be found in the 1958 programme.
