Kenneth MacMillan and Partners was a company formed by Kenneth and Deborah MacMillan on 1 Sep 1975. The material in this series of records includes correspondence with the firms of Solicitors and Accountants that negotiated and managed their legal and financial requirements, their Book Keeper, and the performing arts and recording companies that they worked with.

In 1987, Messrs. Clintons, Solicitors, returned all the contracts and tax files held by their Company on behalf of KMP. Some material of similar subject matter that had been filed elsewhere in the Collection has been added to these files during cataloguing.
The files contain lists of contracts held by KMP's Solicitors, and original and photocopied contracts.
