Derek Rencher was a dancer with The Royal Ballet creating roles in several of Kenneth MacMillan's ballets. He studied design and art history at the Royal College of Art before becoming a dancer and was a skilled artist. The material in this file comprises

Jeffrey Solomons first met Kenneth MacMillan in 1949/50. They had shared interests in music and film as well as visual arts. Solomons later became an art dealer. The material in this file comprises four cartoons by Solomons
